What it is
Half-caff cold brew, simplified. Each steep pack holds our custom half-caff blend, ground for cold brewing. Drop it in a mason jar of cold filtered water before bed. Wake up to cold brew. No machine, no grinder, no daily coffee-pot cleanup.
How it works
- Drop: one pack into a mason jar of cold filtered water.
- Steep: refrigerate 12–16 hours, overnight.
- Pour: pull the pack, pour over ice. Keeps for days refrigerated, though you'll finish it first.
Why half-caff
Honest origin story: I love cold brew, I just can’t drink it. A full-strength cup is too much caffeine for me. And somewhere along the way, coffee shops swapped iced coffee for cold brew, so there was nothing left on the menu for me. So I’m making the cold brew I actually wanted: real cold brew at half the caffeine, similar to regular iced coffee. For everyone who loves cold brew but can’t always handle the full load.
