Half-caff cold brew is a new category, so fair questions. Here are the ones we hear most.
+What exactly is half-caff?
Half regular coffee, half decaf, blended together. You get real cold brew flavor with about half the caffeine. It is not decaf, and it is not watered down. It is the full recipe, just half the buzz.
+How much caffeine are we talking?
About 130mg in a 16oz jar, compared with up to 260mg for a coffee-shop cold brew and about 160mg for a regular iced coffee. Caffeine varies by bean and brew, so treat these as rough guides.
+Is this decaf?
No. Decaf still contains a small amount of caffeine; half-caff contains about half of regular. If you want real cold brew taste with less caffeine, this is your lane. If you want close to zero caffeine, decaf is still your drink.
+Is the decaf chemical-free?
Yes. We only use water-process decaffeinated beans. The water process lifts out the caffeine while leaving the flavor compounds in place, so the decaf half still tastes like coffee, not like a compromise. No chemical solvents ever touch our beans.
+What do I need to make it?
A mason jar or any large container, cold water, and a fridge. No machine, no grinder, no filters. The coffee comes pre-measured in steep packs.
+How do I steep it?
Drop one pack in your jar, fill with cold water, and refrigerate 12 to 18 hours. Then pull the pack and pour over ice. Full instructions come in every box, and our recipe book has the fun variations.
+How long does it keep?
About a week in the fridge once steeped. Pull the pack out after steeping.
+Where do the beans come from?
We partner with independent roasters whose coffee we already drink. Every blend pairs a standout regular coffee with a standout decaf, and every pack tells you exactly whose beans are inside.
+When do you launch, and what will it cost?

+Will there be a subscription?
